Introduction
A word from the District Commissioner- Scott Wilderspin
I am pleased to announce some changes to the structure of Hornchurch District, along with several new key appointments. The list of appointments falls into four groups.
The full District Team also includes District Scouters Supporting relevant teams eg: Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers, Network and Activities .
