The Group Support Team is aimed at supporting the GSLs and AGSLs and the development of management skills in a Scouting environment with the resources to support this. The aim is to grow and sustain Scouting by using Training, POR, feedback and to co-ordination with the other teams.

The ADC Group Support works closely with the District Commissioner in completing reviews, development plans and any other projects agreed with the DC.
