Introduction
A word from the District Commissioner- Scott Wilderspin
The Programme Support Team lead by the Deputy District Commissioner are responsible for providing support and events to each of the Youth Programme sections. An ADC, DESC or DSNL manage each of the sections are have their own team of District Scouters to support their section across the District.
